About the Compliance Clearinghouse

Welcome to VCF's Compliance Clearinghouse User Group Blog Spot. This page is available for Clearinghouse User Group Members and any other VCF member that would like to post a question, make a suggestion or share a best practice related to the Compliance Clearinghouse or managing the compliance function within an organization.

Membership in VCF includes, as a valued-added benefit, the Compliance Clearinghouse. The Compliance Clearinghouse monitors over 140 retailer sites every business day and makes updates to the Clearinghouse in real time. With the Compliance Clearinghouse, any employee of the vendor member company has access to daily retail compliance change updates via the Clearinghouse Morning Alert.

The Morning Alert provides a VCF member user not only with the date of the retail change, but more importantly, with the category of retail compliance change to help prevent deductions by category. Similarly, our unique portfolio feature allows customization of the Clearinghouse experience for you and your team. By customizing a portfolio, your compliance team can be more efficient by focusing on their area of expertise (for instance, EDI or Transportation) or you can create a single portfolio that monitors all retailers and all changes for a complete supply chain view.
